Living Atlas · beta

Your world, lit one city at a time.

Every city you learn becomes a light on your personal map. Lights fade when you stop practising — a five-minute expedition each day keeps your world glowing and pushes your frontier further.

Lighting your atlas…
Your atlas is dark for now. Start today's expedition to light your first cities — or play Discovery and watch them appear here.
Your territories

Countries by tier

“Train” reviews the fading and lost cities of a country right here. “Train all” opens a whole-country training, Discovery or Place City, on every city you know there (up to 1,000 at a time). Each city found earns 5 points once a day, and a mistake never switches a light off.

Lit by

Your first lit country will appear here with its tier and the cities needed for the next one.

        How it works

A map that remembers with you

        1. 01
Every city you learn lights up

Cities found in Discovery, Training, Daily Cities and Discovery Elo appear on your atlas automatically.

        2. 02
          Lights fade with time

Each city has a review date that stretches from one day to three months as you keep answering correctly. Past its date it fades; long past, it goes dark — until you light it again.

        3. 03
          One expedition a day

Revive fading cities, learn new ones in the country closest to its next tier, and claim a landmark capital. Bonus rounds let you revive more.

        4. 04
          Hold your tiers

Countries earn Bronze at 3 lit cities, Silver at 10, Gold at 30, Diamond at 50, Ruby at 75, Emerald at 100 and Hacker at 300 — and lose them when lights go out.
